After years of continuous iteration and technological upgrading, the new generation PSI500 Stencil Inspection Machine can quickly solve steel mesh problems through detection of opening area, position, foreign objects, whether there are holes, tension, etc., replacing manual detection, reducing labor costs, and improving product quality; Prevent from the root and greatly reduce the defect rate caused by steel mesh in SMT process.
The main functions of the new generation PSI500 Stencil Inspection Machine include:
1. Automatic detection of area, position, foreign objects, presence of holes, tension, and opening position with measurement accuracy of 5μ m. Detection speed for 6 minutes (300 * 250mm);
2. Optimization of repeatability and reproducibility: GAGE R&R<10%;
3. Adopting high-precision servo motor and grating ruler (X. Y-axis servo motor+grating ruler/repeatability± 5um resolution 1μ m/Pulse);
4. GERBER automatically aligns with the steel mesh, eliminating the need for multiple teaching sessions; The GERBER file (RS-274X) uses the GERBER file for automatic detection, and has the function of comparing new and old steel mesh data to automatically generate inspection reports for inspection results. The data is traceable, and the detection data and defective images are automatically saved;
